FS102 concrete waterproof compacting agent and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an FS102 concrete waterproof compacting agent, which comprises, by weight, 15-18% of sodium hydroxide, 10-15% of sodium sulfide, 2-5% of sodium thiosulfate, 3-5% of sulfur, 3-4.5% of triethanolamine oleate, 1.5-3% of glycerol, 2-3% of carbon powder, and the balance of water. The preparation method of the FS102 concrete waterproof compacting agent comprises the following steps: (1) adding sodium hydroxide into a tank body of a reaction kettle, calcining and heating at high temperature until the sodium hydroxide is completely molten; (2) adding sodium sulfide, sodium thiosulfate and sulfur in proportion, continuously heating the mixture to 950-1100 DEG C, and stopping heating; and (3) naturally cooling to 150-160 DEG C, adding water, adding the carbon powder, triethanolamine oleate and glycerol when the temperature of the mixture is reduced to 90-95 DEG C, reacting for 2-3 hours, stirring for 20-25 minutes, and cooling to normal temperature. The anti-permeability,crack resistance and structural strength of the concrete can be remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the compacting agent has the characteristics of environmental protection and no toxicity and harm.
本发明提供一种FS102混凝土防水密实剂，按重量百分比计量，其原料组成为：氢氧化钠15％‑18％；硫化钠10％‑15％；硫代硫酸钠2％‑5％；硫磺3％‑5％；油酸三乙醇胺酯3％‑4.5％；丙三醇1.5％～3％；炭粉2％～3％；其余为水。上述FS102混凝土防水密实剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)在反应釜罐体内加入氢氧化钠，高温煅烧加热至氢氧化钠完全融化；(2)按照配比向其中投入硫化钠、硫代硫酸钠、硫磺，并将上述混合料继续加热至950‑1100℃停止加热；(3)自然冷却至150‑160℃后加入水，待混合料温度降到90‑95℃时，加入炭粉、油酸三乙醇胺酯、丙三醇，反应2‑3小时后，搅拌20‑25分钟，冷却至常温。本发明可显著提高混凝土的抗渗性、抗裂性以及结构强度，同时具有环保、无毒害的特点。
