The invention relates to the technical field of concrete materials, and discloses a novel environment-friendly alkali-free setting accelerator for concrete spraying and a preparation process thereof;the novel environment-friendly alkali-free setting accelerator is composed of the following raw materials: 41-57% of aluminum sulfate, 5-8% of aluminum hydroxide, 24-27% of hydrofluoric acid, 0.05-0.1% of organic acid, 0.1-0.2% of organic alcohol amine, 0.05-0.1% of polyacrylamide, and the balance of water. The invention provides a novel environment-friendly alkali-free setting accelerator for concrete spraying and a preparation process of the novel environment-friendly alkali-free setting accelerator. The novel environment-friendly alkali-free setting accelerator is a novel liquid setting accelerator which is low in alkali content, wide in application range and excellent in performance.
