The invention provides an early-strength environment-friendly alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: compounding aluminum sulfate, aluminum hydroxide and volcanic ash into a polymeric aluminide; and uniformly suspending the modified calcium silicate crystals in the polymeric aluminide to obtain the early-strength environment-friendly alkali-free accelerator. The volcanic ash comprises silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide; the modified calcium silicate crystal comprises the following raw materials: a surface modifier, glycerol, ethylene glycol, hydrated magnesium silicate, sodium silicate nonahydrate, sodium metaaluminate, calcium nitrate and water. According to the present invention, the problems of high viscosity and large mixing amount of the iron standard alkali-free accelerator at the present stage can be solved.
