The invention relates to anti-crack mortar and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components: cement, a water reducing agent, a waterproof emulsion, aggregate, cellulose, toughening fiber, alkali lignin, fly ash, a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent, glass powder and water. The surfaces of the glass powder microparticles are smooth, so that the pumpability and the fluidity of the mortar in the injection molding process can be improved; the waterproof emulsion is gradually solidified and forms a net film structure, and a complex interlaced space net structure is formed, so that the interface structure of the mortar is improved, the bonding strength is improved, and cracking is reduced; a silane layer is formed on the surface of the toughening fiber, so that the surface hydrophilicity and roughness of the fiber are improved, the toughening fiber can be more firmly combined with cured mortar, the mechanical anchoring effect at an interface is improved, the dispersing performance of the fiber is also improved, the fiber surface treated by silane has higher activity, the interface with cement becomes more compact, and the toughness of the fiber is improved. Microcracks are reduced, and the adhesive force between the two is improved.
