The invention relates to the technical field of mortar production, in particular to special phosphogypsum adhesive mortar for interior wall water-related surface construction and a preparation methodof the special phosphogypsum adhesive mortar, and the special phosphogypsum adhesive mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 540-560 parts of phosphogypsum, 15-25 parts of coke,4-5 parts of bauxite, 5.5-6.5 parts of sandstone, 360-380 parts of fine sand, 2-4 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. 40-60 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-9 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and 0.3-0.5 part of A-sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing the phosphogypsum, the coke, the bauxite and the sandstone, carrying out pre-homogenizing, calcining the mixture in a heat source, carrying out grinding, and mixing the powder with other materials to produce the adhesive mortar. According to the special phosphogypsum adhesivemortar, the adhesion effect is enhanced, a base material adhered to an inner wall is firmer, the overall quality of a building is improved, the special adhesive mortar can be used as an adhesive material for water-related surface construction of the inner wall, and the preparation process of the mortar is also very simple.
