Concrete reinforcing liquid and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses concrete reinforcing liquid and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of building materials. The concrete reinforcing liquid is prepared from the following rawmaterials in parts by mass: 4.0 to 4.2 parts of tetraethoxysilane, 0.9 to 1.1 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1.0 to 1.1 parts of saturated oxalic acid solution and 0.1 part of lauryl sodium sulfate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing tetraethoxysilane, absolute ethyl alcohol and a saturated oxalic acid solution in proportion; 2) fully stirring the obtained mixed solution; and 3) adding a surfactant lauryl sodium sulfate, and fully stirring to obtain the concrete reinforcing liquid. The obtained concrete reinforcing liquid is high in infiltration capacity, high in curing speed and good in compatibility with a concrete base material. The invention is beneficial to reinforcement, repair and reinforcement of the concrete base material, has remarkable technical benefits and social benefits, and is convenient to popularize and apply in existing concrete structure repair and reinforcement engineering.
