A supporting rod is fixedly installed at the bottom of the main frame, the inner side of the supporting rod is slidably connected with a lifting rod through a sliding block, and dueto the fact that a kidney-shaped through groove is formed in the surface of a rotating rod, when a connecting shaft drives the rotating rod to rotate, a fixing plate on the inner side of the throughgroove can be driven to move downwards, and the lifting rod is driven to move downwards; due to the fact that the adjusting block is fixedly installed at the bottom of the lifting rod, when the adjusting block moves downwards, the sleeper can be extruded, the gaps between sleepers are equal, and equidistant arrangement of the sleepers is achieved.
