The invention discloses a combined steel beam steel formwork laying device and a laying method thereof. The technical problem that in the prior art, when a combined steel beam steel formwork is installed and constructed, installation efficiency is low due to the fact that an installation site is limited, and the overall construction progress is affected is solved. The laying device comprises a conveying frame and a winch; wheels are arranged on the conveying frame, and limiting rails matching the wheels and used for guiding are arranged on the top face of the combined steel beam. The laying method comprises the steps that firstly, the laying device is installed at the top of the combined steel beam, then the steel formwork is hoisted to the laying device, then the winch is started to pullthe frame to the steel formwork installation working condition, and finally the steel formwork is unloaded to the installation position through an adjustable bearing mechanism. The laying device is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design and convenient to use, combined steel beam formwork installation can be effectively and efficiently completed under the working condition that the installation site is limited, and therefore the overall construction progress of steel structure construction is guaranteed.
