Plugging plates are arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the two formworks, through grooves are formed in the inner walls of the bottom ends of the formworks, the lower ends of the second studs are rotationally inserted into the plugging plates, the outer walls of the upper ends of the second studs are rotationally sleeved with end blocks, first studs are welded to the surfaces of one sides of the end blocks, and a pull rod is arranged between the two formworks. Second screw holes are formed in the two ends of the pull rod. The blocking plate can be longitudinally adjusted according to the leveling condition of a roadbed, leakage during mortar pouring is avoided, meanwhile, flexible adjustment can be conducted according to actual use requirements, and the device has the advantages of being low in cost, economical, applicable and convenient to operate.
