The embodiment of the invention discloses an underwater fixing structure and fixing method for net bodies. The underwater fixing structure comprises the net bodies, pile bodies and hooks, wherein thepile bodies are fixed underwater, and the plurality of hooks are arranged on the pile bodies; the hooks comprise inner-layer hook bodies and outer-layer hook bodies, the inner-layer hook bodies are fixed to one sides of the pile bodies, and the outer-layer hook bodies are fixed to the outer sides of the inner-layer hook bodies; and each pile body is at least provided with two hooks which are distributed in parallel, one side of each net body is arranged on the inner-layer hook bodies of the two hooks of one pile body, the other side of each net body is arranged on the outer-layer hook bodies of the two hooks of the other adjacent pile body, and the two inner-layer hook bodies and the two outer-layer hook bodies of one pile body are all provided with the net bodies. According to the underwater fixing structure and fixing method for the net bodies, the fixed pile bodies are fully covered with the net bodies, and the adjacent net bodies mutually cover gaps generated by connecting the netbodies with the pile bodies, so that the problem that invaded objects invade through the gaps at the connecting positions between the net bodies and the pile bodies is solved; and the double-layer blocking net structure is arranged at the connecting positions of the pile bodies, so that the protection performance at the pile bodies is improved.
