The invention discloses a pile pressing-in machine for construction machinery. The pile pressing-in machine structurally comprises a base, a pressing beam and a driving frame, wherein the driving frame is fixedly embedded in the upper end of the base, and the pressing beam is movably clamped with the driving frame. A lifting rod ascends, so that the lifting rod can pull a linkage strip connected with a connecting rod to ascend, a combination frame can drive a bottom plate to rotate under the cooperation of the linkage strip, and therefore the bottom plate does not take up red soil when being separated from the upper surface of a red soil pile; and a clearing mechanism can ascend along a lower fixing block under the cooperation of a telescopic rod through the pushing force generated by thered soil to the clearing mechanism when the clearing mechanism is inserted into the red soil, and when a lower stretching strip is separated from the red soil, the lower stretching strip can slide downwards through the weight of the lower stretching strip, so that the red soil on the outer surface of the lower fixing block can be pushed off by the clearing mechanism, and the situation that the redsoil adheres to the lower end of the lower stretching strip and is difficult to remove is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种建筑机械用压桩机,其结构包括底座、压梁、带动架,带动架嵌固于底座的上端位置,压梁与带动架活动卡合,通过升降杆进行上升,能够使升降杆拉动与连接杆相连接的联动条进行上升,故而使结合架能够在联动条的配合下带动底板进行转动,从而使底板能够在与红土桩上表面分离时不带起红土,通过清除机构扎入红土内部时红土对清除机构产生的推力,能够使清除机构在伸缩杆配合下沿着下固块进行上升,且当下伸条与红土分时,通过自身的重量能够沿着向下滑动,从而使清除机构能够将下固块外表面的红土推落,有效的避免了下伸条的下端会黏附红土,且难以进行清除的情况。
