The comprehensive integrated building structure comprises at least one elevated corridor and at least two workshops communicating with an industrial park, wherein the elevated corridor comprises a corridor top layer used for providing a greening space and a personnelcommunication activity site, a corridor middle layer arranged below the corridor top layer and used for providing a pipeline passage between the workshops communicating with the elevated corridor, anda corridor lower layer arranged below the corridor middle layer, at least one overhead rail is arranged at the top of the corridor lower layer, and air transportation of goods between the two workshops is achieved through the overhead rail. The comprehensive integrated building structure has the advantages that the park greening rate is increased, and the personnel communication activity field isexpanded; complete division of people and vehicles is realized; the pipeline passage is more convenient to install and maintain, and the reserved space is larger; air transportation is achieved, morematerials are saved, the manufacturing cost is lower, control is more intelligent, and all-weather transportation of goods between workshops is achieved; and the structure is simple in structure, ingenious in design, economical, efficient and suitable for park site environments of different elevations.
