The invention relates to a safety warning device of a mine inclined shaft. The safety warning device comprises a warning box, wherein a central processing unit is arranged in a box body, an infrared sensor and a camera are arranged outside the box body, the central processing unit is connected with the infrared sensor and the camera, the infrared sensor and the camera are arranged on a box body ofthe warning box, the infrared sensor determines a first environment matrix under the current environment according to infrared signals, a second environment matrix and a sound alarm are stored in thecamera, the sound alarm and the central processing unit are connected with an electromagnetic switch, the electromagnetic switch is arranged on the box body of the warning box and connected with thecentral processing unit, the sound alarm is arranged above the electromagnetic switch, the safety level of the current environment is determined according to the first environment matrix and the second environment matrix, the starting time of the electromagnetic switch is selected, dynamic adjustment is achieved, environment changes are flexibly responded, maneuverability and flexibility are achieved, and real-time control over underground environment safety is met.
