The invention discloses an anti-collision device for a curve of an inclined shaft of a mine tunnel. The anti-collision device comprises a rotating cylinder assembly, a supporting frame assembly, a stand column assembly, a buffering assembly, a second nanometer energy absorption body and a connecting assembly. The rotating cylinder assembly is arranged on the stand column assembly, the stand column assembly is arranged on the supporting frame assembly, the upper end and the lower end of the rotating cylinder assembly are limited and fixed through the supporting frame assembly, the buffering assembly is arranged on the supporting frame assembly, the second nanometer energy absorption body is located at the rear end of the stand column assembly, the buffering assembly is located between the front cross beam and the rear cross beam, and the connecting assembly is arranged on the supporting frame assembly. Wherein the rotating cylinder assembly comprises an elastomer rotating cylinder and a lining pipe; and an elastic body rotating cylinder is sleeved on the lining pipe.
