The invention discloses a pressure-adjustable directional positioning grouting sleeve valve tube which structurally comprises anti-skid lines, an adjusting handle, an adjusting rod, an automatic adjusting device, a right connecting disc, a grouting sleeve valve tube, a power indicator lamp, a controller and a fixing sleeve, the interior of the fixing sleeve is fixedly connected with a side surfaceof the middle end of the grouting sleeve valve tube, the antiskid lines are arranged on the top side of the left half end of the adjusting handle in sequence at equal intervals from left to right, the right end of the adjusting handle is fixedly connected with the top end of the adjusting rod, the bottom end of the adjusting rod is perpendicularly connected with the top side of the fixing sleeve,the front side of the left half end of the fixing sleeve is fixedly connected with the back of the controller, the power indicator lamp is arranged at the front side of the right half end of the fixing sleeve, the automatic adjusting device is arranged in the fixing sleeve, and the right end of the grouting sleeve valve tube is welded to the left side of the right connecting disc. The automatic adjusting device is additionally arranged, the device can automatically adjust the flow in the grouting sleeve valve tube, and therefore, the practical value of the device can be improved.
