Grouting sleeve with valve
The invention provides a grouting sleeve with a valve. The grouting sleeve comprises a sleeve body provided with a grout outlet and a grouting opening. A pier column steel bar and a bearing platform reserved steel bar which are to be connected are arranged in the sleeve body in a penetrating mode. A valve is arranged at the position, close to the mud jacking opening, of the inner side of the sleeve body. Due to the structural design, during grouting, the valve on the grouting sleeve is pushed away by pressure of grouting materials, and the grouting materials normally enter the grouting sleeve through the grouting opening; when grouting is finished and grouting equipment is removed, the pressure of external grouting materials disappears, the valve is in a vertical state due to the dead weight, the grouting opening is automatically closed, the grouting materials are effectively prevented from flowing back from the grouting opening, and incompact grouting caused by the backflow of the grouting materials is avoided.
本发明提供了一种带阀门的灌浆套筒，包括开设有出浆口和压浆口的套筒本体；所述套筒本体内贯穿设置有待连接的墩柱钢筋和承台预留钢筋；在所述套筒本体内侧、靠近所述压浆口的位置设置有阀门。本发明由于上述结构设计，在灌浆时，灌浆套筒上的阀门被灌浆料的压力推开，灌浆料正常通过压浆口进入灌浆套筒内；当灌浆结束时，撤除灌浆设备时，外部灌浆料的压力消失，阀门由于自重呈垂直状态，自动闭合压浆口，有效防止了灌浆料从压浆口倒流出来，避免了因此而导致的灌浆不密实。
