The invention relates to a structural member, a manufacturing method of the structural member and electronic equipment. The manufacturing method of the structural member comprises the steps: S110, a base material which is a high-transmittance base material is manufactured; S120, a membrane is manufactured, and a coating is obtained on the membrane through ink-jet printing; S130, the base materialand the membrane with the coating are placed in a mold, and the coating faces the inner surface of the base material; and S140, the mold is assembled and vacuumized, so that the coating located on themembrane is transferred to one side of the inner surface of the base material. Due to the fact that the coating is located on one side of the inner surface of the base material, the coating can be protected by the base material, under the condition that the attractiveness of a battery cover is improved, the coating cannot be abraded, the falling risk does not exist, and the service life is prolonged. The outer surface of the base material is exposed, and the base material has good hand feeling and high wear resistance. The coating is printed on the structural member in an ink-jet printing andtransfer printing mode, the appearance effect and designability are better than those of direct spraying, the decoration effect of the structural member is enriched, and the yield is increased.
