The full-automatic production process comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out pretreatment, 2, carrying out autoclaved drying, 3, discharging and returning, 4, crushing and grinding into powder, and 5, packaging a finished product, wherein in the first step, the pretreatment process comprises conveying crushing, metering counterweight and stirring, and the pretreatment process uses a vertical bin, a modifier vertical bin, a spiral conveyor, a crusher, a spiral conveyor, a metering tank, a stirrer and inclined belt conveyor equipment, the center console controls the citric acid gypsum raw material vertical bin and the modifier vertical bin to discharge materials, the spiral conveyor conveys the raw materials to the crusher for processing, and the crushed gypsum slag is conveyed to a metering tank through a spiral conveyor.
