The invention relates to the technical field of cement manufacturing, in particular to a method for preparing cement clinker from molybdenum tailings, the cement clinker and application. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials according to a ratio, then transferring the weighed raw materials into a middle-unloading type drying and grinding machine, and grinding to obtain a raw material with the screen residue percentage of 10-15% of an 80-micron square hole sieve; and (2) homogenizing the raw material obtained in the step (1), transferring the homogenized raw material into a dry rotary kiln system, calcining, and cooling to obtain the cement clinker. Molybdenum tailings contain high SiO2 and Al2O3 and act together with aluminum slag, spontaneous combustion coalgangue and the like, comprehensive utilization of the molybdenum tailings can be effectively achieved, meanwhile, the production cost of cement can be reduced, and the compressive strength of the prepared cement is high.
本发明涉及水泥制造技术领域,具体涉及一种利用钼尾矿制备水泥熟料的方法及水泥熟料和应用。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将原料按配比称重,然后转移至中卸式烘干兼粉磨机中磨细,得到80微米方孔筛筛余百分比为10‑15%的生料;(2)将步骤(1)所得生料进行均化,然后转移至干法回转窑系统中进行煅烧,接着冷却,得到水泥熟料。钼尾矿中含有较高的SiO2和Al2O3,与铝矿渣、自燃煤矸石等共同作用,不仅可有效实现钼尾矿的综合利用,同时能够降低水泥生产成本,并且制得的水泥的抗压强度高。
