The invention relates to a waste asphalt recycling material and a preparation method thereof, and provides the waste asphalt recycling material and the preparation method thereof so as to improve theutilization of a waste asphalt pavement and reduce the maintenance cost of a road. The method comprises the following steps: crushing and screening the recycled old asphalt mixture into old fine aggregate and old coarse aggregate by taking the aperture of sieve pores of 4.75 mm or 9.5 mm as a demarcation point, and respectively detecting the grading conditions of the coarse aggregate and the fineaggregate; treating old materials; and making old coarse and fine aggregates which meet the specification requirements metered and then enter a water stable mixing pot, adding other required aggregates, and making cement accounting for 2.5%-3.5% of the weight of the aggregates mixed, spread on site, rolled, cured and the like to form a subbase layer with a certain grade, so that the design and specification requirements are met. The method is high in old material utilization rate, safe, environmentally friendly and low in cost.
本发明涉及一种废旧沥青再生利用材料及其制备方法，为了提高废旧沥青路面的利用，降低道路的维护成本，本发明提供一种废旧沥青再生利用材料及其制备方法，包括以下步骤：把回收的旧沥青混合料，以筛孔孔径4.75mm或9.5mm为分界点进行破碎筛分为旧细集料、旧粗集料，分别检测粗、细两种集料的级配情况；旧料处理；把通过处理符合规范要求的旧粗、细集料计量后进入水稳拌锅，添加所需的其他集料，再按集料重量的2.5％‑3.5％的水泥，通过拌合、现场摊铺、碾压、养生等形成具有一定等级的底基层，满足设计和规范要求。本发明旧料利用率高、安全环保、成本较低。
