Method for recycling waste asphalt pavement material
The invention relates to the technical field of resource reutilization of solid wastes, and discloses a method for resource reutilization of a waste asphalt pavement material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting a waste asphalt pavement material, and then crushing and screening to obtain a waste asphalt mixture; and (2) stirring and mixing the waste asphalt mixture, supplementary aggregate, cement, mineral powder, emulsified asphalt and water, and paving the obtained mixture into an upper base layer of a pavement after paving, compacting and curing the mixture. According to the method for recycling the waste asphalt pavement material, recycling of the waste asphalt mixture can be achieved, the mixing ratio of the waste mixture can reach 60-80 wt%, and when the waste asphalt pavement material is used as an upper base layer of a high-grade highway, the performance requirement of the waste asphalt pavement material can meet the requirements of related specifications.
本发明涉及固体废弃物的资源化再利用技术领域,公开了一种废旧沥青路面材料资源化再利用的方法。该方法包括:(1)收集废旧沥青路面材料,接着进行破碎、筛分,得到废旧沥青混合料;(2)将所述废旧沥青混合料、补充集料、水泥、矿粉、乳化沥青和水搅拌混合,将所得混合物料摊铺、压实、养生后铺筑为路面的上基层。按照本发明所述的废旧沥青路面材料资源化再利用的方法,可以实现废旧沥青混合料的资源化再利用,废旧混合料的掺比可以高达60‑80重量%,并且将其作为高等级公路的上基层使用时其性能要求可以满足相关规范的要求。
