Anti-corrosion method of grounding material
The invention relates to an anti-corrosion method of a grounding material, which comprises the steps of 1) putting a welded grounding material joint into the center of a forming die, fixing two ends of the grounding material joint in a positioning groove of the forming die, and covering a die cover with a hole; and 2) pouring slurry prepared from a carbon fiber-based mixed material into the forming die and sealing the hole. The carbon fiber-based powder used in the technical scheme provided by the invention is added with water to be prepared into slurry, the slurry is solidified to form a coating with stable performance, and the coating has certain conductivity and can also play a role in protecting and preventing the coated metal material joint from being corroded at the same time. Meanwhile, the used die is not easy to lose efficacy along with water and soil loss after being molded, materials homogenous with soil are mixed, and the coating die is made of a degradable material at thesame time, so that no pollution is caused to the soil, and green and environment-friendly grounding of electric power engineering is realized.
本发明涉及一种接地材料的防腐方法,通过步骤1):将焊接的接地材料接头放入成型模具中央并将两端固定在成型模具的定位槽后,盖上设有孔的模具盖,步骤2):将碳纤维基混合材料制备的浆料倒入成型模具中并封闭所述孔。本发明提供的技术方案所用的碳纤维基粉末加水调制成浆液,凝固后形成一种性能稳定包覆物,具有一定导电能力,同时也能对包覆金属材料接头起到保护防腐的作用,同时所用的模具成型后不易随水土的流失而失效,采用和土壤同质的材料混合,同时包覆模具采用可降解的材质制成,均对土壤没有污染,实现电力工程绿色环保接地。
