Light-cured tricalcium phosphate ceramic slurry and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides light-cured tricalcium phosphate ceramic slurry and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of functional ceramics. The tricalcium phosphate ceramic slurry provided by the invention is prepared by mixing tricalcium phosphate powder, acrylate, a diluent, a dispersant and a photoinitiator according to a mass ratio of 30-80: 10-70: 10-30: 1-10: 1-6. The light-cured tricalcium phosphate ceramic slurry is prepared through vacuum stirring. The invention further provides application of the light-cured tricalcium phosphate ceramic slurry in preparation of a porous ceramic scaffold, and the ceramic scaffold with a porous structure is formed. The light-cured tricalcium phosphate slurry provided by the invention is stable in performance and good in uniformity and dispersity. The tricalcium phosphate porous ceramic part prepared by the method is stable in mechanical property, and the preparation method is simple, short in time consumption and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种光固化磷酸三钙陶瓷浆料及其制备方法与应用,属于功能陶瓷领域。本发明提供的磷酸三钙陶瓷浆料由磷酸三钙粉末、丙烯酸酯、稀释剂、分散剂、光引发剂按照质量比30‑80:10‑70:10‑30:1‑10:1‑6混合制得。通过真空搅拌,制备出了光固化的磷酸三钙陶瓷浆料,本发明还提供了光固化陶瓷浆料在制备多孔陶瓷支架的应用,成形出了多孔结构的陶瓷支架。本发明提供的光固化磷酸三钙浆料性能稳定,均匀性和分散性好。采用本发明的方法制备的磷酸三钙多孔陶瓷零件力学性能稳定,且制备方法简单,耗时短,成本低。
