Light-cured hydroxyapatite ceramic slurry and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides light-cured hydroxyapatite ceramic slurry and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of functional ceramics. The hydroxyapatite ceramic slurry provided by the invention is prepared from modified hydroxyapatite powder, acrylate, a diluent and a photoinitiator according to a mass ratio of 31-100: 10-60: 10-60: 1-6. The modified hydroxyapatite powder is prepared from hydroxyapatite powder, a surface modifier and a dispersing agent according to the mass ratio of 30-80: 1-10: 1-10. The invention also provides a method for preparing the light-cured hydroxyapatite ceramic slurry through vacuum stirring, and also provides application of the ceramic slurry to the preparation of a ceramic scaffold with a porous gradient structure. The light-cured hydroxyapatite slurry is stable in performance and good in uniformity and dispersity. The hydroxyapatite porous gradient ceramic part prepared by the method is stable in mechanical property, and thepreparation method is simple, short in time consumption and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种光固化羟基磷石灰陶瓷浆料及其制备方法与应用,属于功能陶瓷领域。本发明提供的羟基磷灰石陶瓷浆料由改性羟基磷灰石粉末、丙烯酸酯、稀释剂、光引发剂按照质量比31‑100:10‑60:10‑60:1‑6制得;所述改性羟基磷灰石粉末由羟基磷灰石粉末、表面改性剂、分散剂按照质量比为30‑80:1‑10:1‑10制得。本发明还提供了一种通过真空搅拌,制备出了光固化的羟基磷灰石陶瓷浆料的方法,本发明还提供了一种将所述陶瓷浆料应用于多孔梯度结构的陶瓷支架的制备中。本发明提供的光固化羟基磷石灰浆料性能稳定,均匀性和分散性好。采用本发明的方法制备的羟基磷石灰多孔梯度陶瓷零件力学性能稳定,且制备方法简单,耗时短,成本低。
