Positioning method for welding type lower chord for erecting main truss
The invention discloses a positioning method of a welding type lower chord for erecting a main truss, and relates to the technical field of main truss facilities. The method comprises the following steps: according to the design line type of the main truss, presetting a first positioning part and a second positioning part at two ends of a top plate of a lower chord with a box-shaped structure, andpresetting a first supporting part and a second supporting part at two ends of a bottom plate of the lower chord; rotationally connecting the first positioning part on a to-be-erected lower chord with the second positioning part on the erected lower chord through a pin shaft; rotating the to-be-erected lower chord around the pin shaft, and adjusting the spatial position of the end, close to the erected lower chord, of the to-be-erected lower chord; and placing a pedestal with a corresponding thickness in a filling gap between the first supporting part on the to-be-erected lower chord and thesecond supporting part on the erected lower chord, and bolting the pedestal and the first supporting part and the second supporting part on the two sides of a pedestal. When the main truss is erected,the spatial position of the to-be-erected lower chord can be quickly positioned to the design position, the to-be-erected lower chord member is stably connected to the erected lower chord, and the line type meeting the design requirement is ensured.
