The height limiting baffle is installed between the two supporting columns corresponding to the lower portion of the cross beam, the bottom end of each supporting column is detachably connected with a supporting column base, at least two vertically-through fixing holes are evenly distributed in the upper end of each supporting column base in the circumferential direction, and a fixing steel needle is installed in each fixing hole. The anti-external-damage height limiting frame is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use, the supporting column bases are fixed to the positions where the height limiting frame needs to be installed through the fixing steel needles, after use, the height limiting frame is pulled out and moved to the needed position by pulling out the fixing steel needles, and the repeated utilization rate of the height limiting frame is increased.
