Construction method for preventing settlement and cracks of dike project widening and heightening integral structure
The invention relates to a construction method for preventing settlement and cracks of a dike project widening and heightening integral structure. The construction method comprises the steps that a step is excavated on a water near slope of an original dike; a sunken extracting groove is dug in the upper surface of the step; the upper surface of the step and the extracting grooves are backfilled with clay to form a step clay layer; rolling and compacting are conducted to form new and old dike rabbet connection; a widened clay layer is filled on the water near side of the original dike until the elevation of the filled widened clay layer is the same as that of the original dike; geogrids are laid; the geogrid is backfilled with the clay; heightened clay is filled on the clay to form a baselayer surface; and graded broken stone is laid on the upper surface of the base layer surface. The original dike and the widened clay layer cannot slide relatively in the transverse direction and thelongitudinal direction, and the problems of settlement and cracking of the new dike and the old embankment are fundamentally solved; and the construction speed can be greatly increased and is increased by 2/3 compared with that of concrete pavement construction.
本发明涉及堤防工程加宽加高整体结构防沉降和裂缝施工方法,包含步骤:在原堤的靠水坡上开挖台阶;在台阶的上表面开挖下凹的抽沟槽;在台阶的上表面和抽沟槽中回填黏土形成台阶黏土层;碾压密实,形成新老堤榫口联接;在原堤靠水侧,填充加宽黏土层,直至填充的加宽黏土层的高程与原堤的高程相同;铺设土工格栅;在土工格栅上回填黏土;在黏土的上填筑加高黏土形成基层面;在基层面的上表面铺设级配碎石。本发明使原堤和加宽黏土层无论在横向还是纵向上都无法相对滑动,从根本上解决了新老堤沉降和开裂的问题;能极大地提高施工速度,比混凝土路面施工提速2/3。
