The invention discloses a device capable of grinding and collecting duckweed on the surface of a pond. The device comprises a shell, wherein an inlet with a rightward opening is formed in the shell, agrinding cavity is formed in the lower wall of the inlet in a communicating mode, a water passing cavity is formed below the grinding cavity, a lower cylinder is fixedly arranged on the upper wall ofthe water passing cavity, a through hole is formed in the lower cylinder in an up-down penetrating mode, the upper end of the through hole communicates with the lower wall of the grinding cavity, a motor is arranged on the right side of the grinding cavity, and the left end of the motor is in power connection with a main shaft. According to the device, the device can automatically move on the water surface of the pond through the thrust of a water suction pump, so that the duckweed on the water surface of the pond is cleaned; and the sucked duckweed can be crushed, duckweed residues are isolated from water, the duckweed residues after water filtering are collected, manual operation is not needed, and time and labor are saved.
