Inserting-connecting combined electric cement pipe pile
The invention relates to a power transmission and distribution technology, and discloses an inserting-connecting combined pipe pile, in particular to an inserting-connecting combined electric cement pipe pile. The inserting-connecting combined electric cement pipe pile is composed of a foundation bolt section, a set of pile body section and a pile bottom section from top to bottom, and all the sections are connected through connecting plugs. An inner ring 1 is arranged at the lower end of each pile section, and an outer ring 2 is arranged at the upper end of each pile section, and each inner ring 1 is inserted into the corresponding outer ring 2. Screws 3 are firstly sleeved with elastic gaskets and thickened flat gaskets, then penetrate through slotted holes 6 in the outer rings 2 and then are screwed into nuts 5 of the inner rings 1, and adjacent pile sections are connected into a whole. U-shaped pads 4 are inserted into the screw 3 between the inner and outer rings, and a certain number of U-shaped pads are selected to be inserted into gaps according to the sizes of the gaps between the inner and outer rings. A pile section combined connection method is simplified; pipe pile connection construction is facilitated; the production efficiency is improved; and the inserting-connecting combined electric cement pipe pile is used as a power tower pole foundation.
插接组合电力水泥管桩涉及输配电技术,公开了一种插合连接的组合式管桩。自上而下由地脚螺栓段、一组桩身段、桩底段组成,各段之间用插接头相连。桩段下端有内圈1,上端有外圈2,内圈1插入外圈2。螺钉3先套上弹垫、加厚平垫,再穿过外圈2上的槽孔6,后旋入内圈1的螺母5,将相邻桩段连成一体。U垫4插在内外圈之间的螺钉3上,按内外圈间隙大小选定片数插入填隙。简化桩段组合连接方法;便于管桩连接施工;提高生产效率。用做电力塔杆基础。
