The key construction steps are as follows: carrying out guide hole construction; installing the returned slurry flowmeter and the cement slurry viscometer; starting rotary jet grouting construction; dynamically adjusting construction parameters; carrying out rotary jet grouting slurry returning treatment; and finishing construction of rotary jet grouting piles.
