The invention discloses a grouting construction slurry circulating mechanism which comprises a base, a circulating mechanism, a stirring barrel and a stirring mechanism, the stirring mechanism is installed in the stirring barrel, the circulating mechanism comprises a conveying rod arranged in an empty groove, and a linkage belt and a first motor are connected to the outer side of the empty groove; the conveying rod rotates, so that the slurry is driven to move through the blades to be conveyed to the first pipeline, the slurry is conveyed to the second pipeline from the first pipeline through the slurry pump to be injected into the stirring barrel again, the slurry is started to be stirred again, multi-circulation stirring is achieved, and the slurry is fully stirred; and the device is effectively used for grouting construction integrating stirring and grouting and underground fence type grouting column construction.
