The invention discloses a composite steel pipe pile foundation pit supporting structure and a construction method thereof. In the foundation pit supporting and reinforcing process, steel pipe piles are driven in, a top beam is constructed to form an integral structure, the positions of square rib columns are reserved on the top beam, in the process of excavating a foundation pit within the supporting range defined by the steel pipe piles, the plurality of square rib columns which are vertically and linearly arranged are gradually poured at the reserved positions of the top beam and matched with waist beams, anchor cables or anchor rods to reinforce the supporting structure in real time, and the process is repeated till the square rib columns reach the designed depth, so that the purpose ofsupporting and reinforcing the foundation pit is finally achieved. According to the structure, the lateral force resistance of the foundation pit supporting structure can be effectively improved, thenormal service life of the foundation pit is guaranteed, safety is achieved, the construction cost is reduced, the process is simplified, the technology is simple, the occupied construction area is small, and application and popularization are convenient.
本发明公开了一种复合钢管桩基坑支护结构及其施工方法。本发明通过在基坑支护加固过程中,打入钢管桩、施工冠梁形成整体结构,并在冠梁上预留方形肋柱位置,在各钢管桩所围成的支护范围内开挖基坑的过程中,在冠梁的预留位置处开始逐步浇筑出竖直且线性排列的若干方形肋柱并配合腰梁、锚索或锚杆以实时加固支护结构,重复该过程至方形肋柱达到设计深度后最终达到基坑支护加固的目的。本发明能有效提高基坑支护结构的抗侧力性能,保证基坑的正常使用寿命,既安全又降低工程造价,简化工艺,技术简单,占用施工区域小,便于应用及推广。
