Reversible load box for self-balancing static load test pile of foundation pile
The invention relates to a load box for a self-balancing static load test pile of a foundation pile, and particularly relates to a reversible load box capable of repeatedly loading a test. The reversible load box for the self-balancing static load test pile of the foundation pile comprises a plurality of jacks, liquid inlet pipes, communicating pipes and a liquid outlet pipe, wherein the jacks areuniformly distributed between an upper plate and a lower plate of the load box; the liquid inlet pipes communicate with the jack I; the communicating pipes communicate with the adjacent jacks; the liquid outlet pipe communicates with the jack N and serves as an outlet of high-pressure liquid; two liquid inlet pipes and two communicating pipes between the adjacent jacks are arranged up and down; aloading cavity is formed between the top of a piston and a cylinder body; and a retrograde cavity is formed between a piston body and a cylinder body. The load box has the advantages that: 1, two different cavities in the load box are connected in series; 2, a high-pressure pipe with a one-way valve is used, so that the cost is reduced; 3, a movable middle plate is newly arranged, so that the stressed area of the piston for force transmission is increased; and 4, the requirement of the load box for the self-balancing static load test pile of an engineering pile is met.
