Pile arranging method for foundation pile static load test
The invention discloses a pile arranging method for a foundation pile static load test. The pile arranging method comprises the steps that a pile arranging original point is determined; at least fiveinner layer foundation piles are arranged along the circumference with the pile arranging original point as the circle center and the first radius as the radius; at least four outer layer foundation piles are arranged along the circumference with the pile arranging original point as the circle center and the second radius as the radius; the connecting line of the outer layer foundation piles and the pile arranging original point penetrates through a gap between every two inner layer foundation piles; counter-force beams are erected on the inner layer foundation piles and the outer layer foundation piles and supported by at least three of the inner layer foundation piles and the outer layer foundation piles, and ballast devices installed on the counter-force beams apply vertical tension orpressure to the inner layer foundation piles and apply transverse bearing force to the outer layer foundation piles; and one foundation pile arranged below the counter-force beams serves as a foundation pile to be tested, the other foundation piles serve as anchor piles, the foundation pile to be tested bears the acting force of the ballast devices, and the anchor piles bear the counter-force. Bythe adoption of the pile arranging mode, the same foundation pile can serve as the foundation pile to be tested and can also serve as the anchor piles, the occupied space is reduced, and the number ofthe arranged foundation piles is reduced.
本发明公开一种基桩静载试验布桩方法,确定布桩原点;以布桩原点为圆心,以第一半径为半径,沿圆周布置至少五个内层基桩;以布桩原点为圆心,以第二半径为半径,沿圆周布置至少四个外层基桩;外层基桩与布桩原点的连线穿过两个内层基桩的间隙;在内层基桩和外层基桩上架设反力梁,反力梁至少由内层基桩和外层基桩的其中三个支撑,反力梁上安装的压载装置对内层基桩施加竖向的拉力或压力,对外层基桩施加横向承载力;反力梁下方设置的其中一个基桩作为待测基桩,其他的基桩作为锚桩,待测基桩受到压载装置的作用力,由锚桩承受反作用力;采用此种布桩方式,同一个基桩既可作为待测基桩,也可作为锚桩,减少了空间占用,减少基桩的布置数量。
