The invention discloses a loader eccentric wheel assisting movable arm lifting device. The device comprises a movable arm, two hydraulic cylinders and several eccentric wheel energy-storage mechanisms. One ends of the eccentric wheel energy-storage mechanisms are hinged to the movable arm, the other ends of the eccentric wheel energy-storage mechanisms are hinged to a loader front frame, springs are arranged on the loader front frame, when the front end of the movable arm descends from a high position to a low position, the movable arm rotates downwards around the rear end of the movable arm,the springs are arranged to deform under the action of the gravity of the movable arm and retraction pull force of the hydraulic cylinders, the several eccentric wheel energy-storage mechanisms storeenergy, and when the front end of the movable arm is lifted from the low position to the high position, the movable arm rotates upwards around the rear end of the movable arm, the springs are arrangedto recover from a deformation state to a non-deformation state, and the several eccentric wheel energy-storage mechanisms release energy, so that lifting assisting of the movable arm is achieved, anda power fuel is further saved.
