The invention relates to a loader and provides a loader movable arm lifting control system and method and a loader in order to solve the problem that a movable arm oil cylinder of an existing loader has different flow requirements at different stages of shovel loading operation of a bucket, and the control system comprises a three-way valve and a control device which are arranged on the movable arm oil cylinder. An oil cylinder large cavity connector of the movable arm control valve is communicated with a movable arm oil cylinder large cavity; a first oil port, a second oil port and a third oil port of the three-way valve are correspondingly communicated with the oil cylinder small cavity connector, the movable arm oil cylinder small cavity and the movable arm oil cylinder large cavity. The control device comprises an information obtaining device used for obtaining control action information, a movable arm oil cylinder large cavity pressure detecting device and a controller, the controller is used for controlling the three-way valve to enable the second oil port and the third oil port to be communicated when the movable arm is lifted and the pressure of the movable arm oil cylinder large cavity is smaller than a preset value, and otherwise the controller controls the three-way valve to enable the second oil port and the first oil port to be communicated. The loader can improve the working efficiency of a hydraulic system and reduce the capacity loss.
本发明涉及装载机,为解决现有装载机在铲斗铲装作业不同阶段动臂油缸具有不同流量要求的问题,本发明构造一种装载机动臂举升控制系统、方法和装载机,其中控制系统包括设置于动臂油缸上的三通阀和控制装置;动臂控制阀的油缸大腔接口与动臂油缸大腔连通;三通阀的第一、第二、第三油口对应与油缸小腔接口、动臂油缸小腔、动臂油缸大腔连通。控制装置包括用于获取操控动作信息的信息获取装置和动臂油缸大腔压力检测装置、控制器,控制器用于在动臂举升且动臂油缸大腔压力小于预设值时控制三通阀使其第二第三油口导通,否则控制三通阀使其第二、第一油口导通。本发明装载机能提高液压系统工作效率、减小能力损失。
