The invention discloses a flushing device with an anti-sinking structure for river silt and an implementation method of the flushing device. The flushing device comprises anti-sinking supporting legsand an upper working tabletop, hollow grooves are formed in the anti-sinking supporting legs, first motors are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the hollow grooves, telescopic air cylinders are fixedly connected to the output ends of the first motors, reinforcing steel bar rings are welded to the lower ends of the anti-sinking supporting legs, and movable holes are formed in the positions, onthe upper parts of the reinforcing steel bar rings, of the anti-sinking supporting legs at equal intervals. According to the flushing device with the anti-sinking structure for river silt and the implementation method of the flushing device, the lower ends of piston rods are fixedly connected with threaded drill bits, the threaded drill bits can be inserted into muck below the silt under the control of the first motors, a flushing device body can be fixed, and the situation that after the silt is flushed and loosened, the flushing device sinks is prevented; and the structure is stable, in thedownward moving process of the piston rods, limiting blocks release limitation on pushing plates, supporting springs release elastic force to push the pushing plates to move downwards.
