According to the process, a heat preservation structure is formed on the leveling layer by pouring foam concrete, construction is easy, the service life is long, and cost is lower; and a layer of heat preservation plate is laid to improve the heat preservation and heat insulation effect, a layer of tin foil adheres to the heat preservation plate to achieve the waterproof and heat insulation effect, and a layer of artificial lawn is laid on the tin foil, so that the heat preservation effect of the roof is improved, and the attractiveness of the roof waterproofing and heat preservation structure is improved.
