The invention discloses a lifting type stage which comprises a stage body and a circular stage body. One side of the stage body is fixedly connected with a background table, one side of the stage bodyis fixedly connected with a stage ladder, the surface of the stage ladder is fixedly connected with a non-slip mat, the non-slip mat is made of a natural rubber material, and a stage groove is formedin the center end of the top of the stage body; the circular stage body is rotatably connected into the stage groove, a rotating column is rotatably connected into the stage body, a gear ring is fixedly connected to the outer side of the rotating column, a base is fixedly welded to the top of the rotating column, limiting blocks are symmetrically and fixedly welded to the right end of the top ofthe base, and a groove is formed in the top of each limiting block; and the tops of the grooves are rotationally connected with telescopic frames, the joint of every two telescopic frames is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft. The lifting type stage is simple in structure, novel in design and high in flexible use efficiency.
