The invention discloses a corner connector device for assembling aluminum alloy doors and windows. The corner connector device comprises an upper corner connector and a lower corner connector which are mounted in a hinged mode, wherein notches are formed in the upper portions of the two sides of the upper corner connector correspondingly, and a first buckling edge and a second buckling edge are inserted into the notches in the two sides correspondingly; and racks are arranged on the upper portion of the end, inserted into the upper corner connector, of the first buckling edge and the lower portion of the end, inserted into the upper corner connector, of the second buckling edge correspondingly, and a gear is arranged in the position, between the two sets of racks, of the upper corner connector. The upper corner connector is fixed to one side of the inner corner of the door and window mainly through the first buckling edge and the second buckling edge, the distance between the first buckling edge and the second buckling edge is adjusted through the racks by rotating the gear, and thus the upper corner connector is conveniently matched with the doors and windows with different thicknesses; and meanwhile, the lower corner connector can be fixed to the other side of the inner corner of the door and window through the two sets of L-shaped clamping plates matched with the tensioningeffect of a spring, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the corner connector device is suitable for temporary fixing.
本发明公开一种组装铝合金门窗用角码装置,包括上角码和下角码,所述上角码与下角码铰接安装,所述上角码两侧的上方均设有槽口,且两侧的所述槽口分别插设有第一扣边和第二扣边,所述第一扣边插设入所述上角码内部一端的上方和所述第二扣边插设入所述上角码内部一端的下方均设有齿条,且两组所述齿条之间的所述上角码内部设有齿轮;本发明的上角码主要通过第一扣边和第二扣边来固定于门窗内角的一边上,通过齿轮旋转,从而利用齿条来调整第一扣边和第二扣边的距离,方便适配不同厚度的门窗,同时,下角码利用两组L型卡板配合弹簧的拉紧作用可以固定于门窗内角的另一边上,方便快捷,适用于临时的固定。
