本发明提供了用于铝合金门窗的快速连接结构及装配方法,涉及铝合金门窗技术领域,包括:横件;所述横件和竖件相连接,且横件和竖件均为铝合金材质,并且横件和竖件均为空心结构;所述横件和竖件均为凹形结构。因横件上安装有四根弹性伸缩杆,且四根弹性伸缩杆分别位于卡块和卡接凸起的前侧和后侧位置,并且弹性伸缩杆组成了卡块和卡接凸起的磕碰防护结构,那么在放置的时候通过弹性伸缩杆的伸出部分就可以实现卡块和卡接凸起可磕碰防护,解决了目前在铝合金门窗连接的时候需要通过铆钉实现连接,在连接后不易拆卸,对维护上造成了一定的影响;目前在铝盒金窗连接的时候不能够通过结构上的改进快速的实现连接固定的问题。
