The pavement punching device comprises a rectangular rack and a drilling machine mounting frame; a transverse plate iswelded to the interior of the rectangular rack, and a lifting mechanism used for achieving lifting of the drilling machine mounting frame is arranged at the top of the transverse plate; a U-shaped cover is hinged to one side of the transverse plate, rubber strips are fixed to the inner side and the outer side of the U-shaped cover through bolts, a U-shaped channel is formed in the bottom of the U-shaped cover, and nozzles distributed at equal intervals are connected to the positions, close to bent positions, of the inner side of the U-shaped channel in a screwed mode; stop blocks are welded to the positions, close to the bent positions, of the top of the U-shaped cover, a pressing plate is hinged to the position, far away from the U-shaped cover, of the rectangular rack, and universal wheels are fixed to the bottom of the pressing plate through bolts; and rolling wheel assemblies are arranged at the ends, far away from the pressing plate, of the two sides of the rectangular rack, andan obliquely-arranged armrest frame is welded to the side, far away from the U-shaped cover, of the top of the rectangular rack. According to the pavement punching device for road traffic construction, waste liquid can be conveniently recycled, so that energy is saved; and meanwhile, sewage is prevented from contaminating pavement, so that the pavement is conveniently cleaned, and higher efficiency is achieved.
