The invention discloses a traffic engineering road pavement leveling device which comprises a workbench, a work box is arranged on the workbench, a rack is arranged at one end of the work box, a movable groove is formed in the rack, rotating grooves are formed in the two sides of the movable groove, a movable rod is inserted into the movable groove, rotating shafts are arranged on the two sides ofthe movable rod, and the rotating shafts are inserted into the rotating grooves. A motor is arranged on one side of the working box, a poking rod is arranged on the motor, a working rod is arranged at the other end of the movable rod, a knocking hammer is arranged at one end of the working rod, the motor is started to drive the poking rod to rotate, and the poking rod conducts friction pressing on the movable rod, so that the left end of the movable rod is lifted up to drive the working rod to rise up; and when the poking rod is moved away from the movable rod, the knocking hammer falls downunder the action of gravity to knock the road surface, so that the knocking hammer rises and falls down to knock the asphalt road surface continuously, and the problem of poor structural strength of the road surface in the prior art is solved.
