The invention discloses a novel roadway sprayed concrete thermal insulation layer and a using method thereof. The novel roadway sprayed concrete thermal insulation layer comprises a heat insulation layer system, the heat insulation layer system comprises a heat insulation layer body, the heat insulation layer body is made of concrete, and expanded perlite material in the concrete accounts for 75-80 parts of the total weight of the concrete, and theconcrete comprises the following raw materials: pebble, wherein ceramsite in the pebble accounts for 65-75 parts of the total weight of the pebble;cement, wherein the coal ash material in the cement accounts for 55-65 parts of the total weight of the cement, and a water reducing agent accounts for 1.0-1.5 parts of the total weight of the cement;the heat insulation layer system comprises a temperature sensor, a buzzer and a display screen. By designing the roadway thermal insulation layer, after the roadway thermal insulation layer is sprayed in a roadway, underground heat can be greatly isolated to the outer side of surrounding rock, heat generated on the inner side of the roadway is reduced, the mode is environmentally friendly, energy-saving and high in cost performance, compared with a passive cooling mode, the generated heat is little, and the roadway thermal insulation layer is beneficial to the power load rate in the roadway.
本发明公开了一种新型巷道喷射混凝土隔热层及其使用方法,包括隔热层系统,隔热层系统包含有隔热层,隔热层的原料包含有混凝土,混凝土中的膨胀珍珠岩材料占混凝土总分量的75‑80份,且混凝土的原料占比如下:石子,石子中的陶粒石占石子总分量的65‑75份;水泥,水泥中的粉煤灰材料占水泥总分量的55‑65份,减水剂占水泥总分量的1.0‑1.5份;隔热层系统包含有温度传感器、蜂鸣器和显示屏。本发明通过设计一种巷道隔热层,在巷道内喷涂后,能够大幅度将井下的热量隔离至围岩外侧,减少巷道内侧所产生的热量,其方式绿色节能,性价比高,对比“被动降温”的模式,所产生的热量较少,对巷内的电力负载率也具有益处。
