Alkali-activated self-compacting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to alkali-activated self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The alkali-activated self-compacting concrete comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of sulfate, no more than 3 parts of phosphate and/or carbonate, 5-15 parts of quick lime, 8-20 parts of an excitation material, 30-70 parts of an aggregate, 1-3 parts of an additive, and water. Cheap quick lime, sulfate, phosphate and/or carbonate are/is adopted as an alkali activator, so that the cost of the alkali-activated cementing material is greatly reduced, and the self-compacting concrete is good in construction performance, good in fluidity, long in setting time and high in early strength.
