Efficient building thermal-insulation prime coat and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building coating materials, and particularly discloses an efficient building thermal insulation primer coat and a preparation method thereof. The efficient building thermal insulation prime coat is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20.0-30.0% of water, 0.5-1.0% of a thickener, 0.1-0.2% of a pH regulator, 0.3-0.5% of a foaming agent, 0.3-0.5% of a foam stabilizer, 1.0-1.5% of ethylene glycol, 0.3-0.5% of a film forming aid, 3.0-6.0% of a water repellent, 23-38% of a filler, 30.0-40.0% of an inorganic resin and 5.0-10.0% of acrylic emulsion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, sequentially adding water, a thickener, a pH regulator, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 20-30 minutes; 2, adding an inorganic resin, emulsion, ethylene glycol, a film forming aid and a water repellent into the system in the step 1 according to the formula ratio, and stirring for10-30 minutes; and 3, sequentially adding glass bead particles, hollow vitrified micro beads and aerogel into the system in the step 2, and stirring for 10-30 minutes. The composition provided by theinvention can be used for a building thermal insulation prime coat, and has the advantages of fire resistance, hydrophobicity and good thermal insulation property.
