The invention discloses a manufacturing process of high-voltage electric porcelain isostatic pressing blank powder, which comprises the steps of drying and coarsely crushing raw materials with water content higher than 1% in the formula of the pressing blank powder, proportionally adding the raw materials into a Raymond mill, carrying out dry mixing and grinding until the fineness is qualified toobtain a new material, coarsely crushing and sieving the production return material, adding into the Raymond mill, and grinding until the fineness is qualified; jointly adding the new material and thereturned material which are ground to be qualified into a humidifying granulator according to a specified proportion to prepare powder with basically qualified moisture and grain composition; addingthe powder made by the humidifying granulator into a particle optimizing machine, refining screened large particles again, and returning screened small particles to a cage for humidification and granulation again; and enabling the powder discharged from the particle optimization machine to be continuously subjected to size fraction homogenization through a fluidized bed, the optimizing the moisture content, and finally obtaining the powder meeting the requirement. Due to the fact that the operation procedures of water adding wet ball milling and mechanical force high-temperature dehydration are omitted, a large amount of industrial water and consumption of natural gas and electric power are saved for enterprises.
本发明公开了一种高压电瓷等静压压坯粉料的制造工艺,将压坯粉料配方中水分高于1%的原料进行烘干与粗碎,然后将各个原料按配比加入雷蒙磨中进行干法混合与研磨,直至细度合格制成新料,将生产回料进行粗碎过筛后加入雷蒙磨进行研磨至细度合格;将研磨合格的新料和回料按照规定的比例共同加入增湿造粒机,制成水分、颗粒级配基本合格的粉料;增湿造粒机制成粉料加入颗粒优化机,对筛分出的大颗粒再细化,筛分出的小颗粒回笼并重新增湿造粒;将颗粒优化机出来的粉料经过流化床继续进行粒级均化,并优化水分含量最终得到符合要求的粉料。本发明由于取消了加水湿法球磨和机械力高温脱水的作业流程,为企业节约了大量工业用水和天然气、电力的消耗。
