Vacuum impregnation equipment and method for silicon nitride composite material
The invention relates to vacuum impregnation equipment and method for a silicon nitride composite material. The vacuum impregnation equipment comprises an impregnation device, a vacuum device and a liquid supply device, wherein the impregnation device comprises a first container provided with a vacuumizing port and a liquid inlet; the vacuum device comprises a vacuum pump and a vacuumizing pipeline; the liquid supply device comprises a liquid container and an impregnation pipeline. The invention also relates to a method for preparing the silicon nitride composite material by using the vacuum impregnation equipment. The method comprises the following steps: molding preparation; vacuumizing treatment; impregnation; curing treatment; and split treatment. According to the invention, the prepared composite material has good surface compactness; and the method can be used for PIP impregnation compounding, and has important effects on compounding molding of the silicon nitride fiber reinforced composite material.
本发明涉及一种氮化硅复合材料的真空浸渍设备及方法。所述真空浸渍设备包括浸渍装置、真空装置和供液装置;浸渍装置包括设置有抽真空口和进液口的第一容器;真空装置包括真空泵和抽真空管路;供液装置包括液体容器和浸渍管路。本发明还涉及利用所述真空浸渍设备制备氮化硅复合材料的方法,包括:成型准备;抽真空处理;浸渍处理;固化处理;裂解处理,由此制得表面致密性较好的复合材料,所述方法可以用于PIP浸渍复合,对氮化硅纤维增强复合材料的复合成型具有重要作用。
