VACUUM IMPREGNATION MOLDING METHOD
To improve workability by using a sealing method of a plastic film capable of simply, quickly, and surely performing sealing work even if flexibility and adhesive force of a double-sided tape are lowered at a low temperature in winter or due to aged deterioration in a VaRTM construction method for FRP reinforcement to a structure.SOLUTION: In a vacuum impregnation molding method, a double-sided tape is laid around a reinforced range of a structure, a reinforcing fiber sheet is arranged in the reinforced range, a plastic film is bonded with the double-sided tape to cover the reinforcing fiber sheet to form a sealed space, the sealed space is decompressed, a resin is injected, and the resin is cured, after the plastic film is bonded, ultrasonic vibration is supplied from an ultrasonic vibration terminal to the surface of the plastic film bonded to the double-sided tape or a side surface of the double-sided tape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造物に対するFRP補強のためのVaRTM工法において、冬場の低温時や経年劣化によって両面テープの柔軟性や粘着力が低下しても密封作業を簡単、迅速、確実に実施することができるプラスチックフィルムの密封方法を用いることによって作業性を向上させる。【解決手段】構造物の被補強範囲の周囲に両面テープを敷設するとともに被補強範囲に強化繊維シートを配置し、前記強化繊維シートを覆うようにプラスチックフィルムを前記両面テープで接着して、密封空間を形成した後、該密封空間を減圧して樹脂を注入し、硬化させる、真空含浸成形方法において、前記プラスチックフィルムを接着した後に、前記両面テープと接着している前記プラスチックフィルムの表面あるいは前記両面テープの側面に、超音波振動端子から超音波振動を供給することを特徴とする真空含浸成形方法。【選択図】図1
