The invention discloses a three-line sleeve rail railway common rail edge changing device for rapid passing of trains, which comprises a first switch rail, a second switch rail, a first switch machineand a second switch machine, the first switch rail is fixedly connected with a first one-meter rail through a first connecting rail, and the second switch rail is fixedly connected with a second one-meter rail through a second connecting rail; the tip of the first switch rail and the tip of the second switch rail are opposite in direction, the first switch machine drives the first switch rail torepel or be closely attached to a first common rail, the second switch machine drives the second switch rail to repel or be closely attached to a second common rail, and the first switch machine and the second switch machine are in synchronous linkage. Sliding bed plates facilitating sliding of the first switch rail and the second switch rail are arranged below the first switch rail and the secondswitch rail. According to the invention, edge changing of three-line sleeve rail railway common rails can be achieved, the edge changing is not limited by the scale of a station site any more, on-site rail arrangement is facilitated, rapid edge changing of one-meter trains is achieved, and passing of a standard rail train is not affected.
